What is Ethoz?
Ethoz is the company and Life OS is the tagline. It is one secure layer where your own AI agents run your company, then your life and career, each in its own fenced zone with its own brain. Your agents share one memory you own, one task list and one set of rules. Nothing sends, spends, deletes or posts without your approval.
I have an LLC, now what?
Now the obligations you did not know about begin, and for many of them no form or reminder ever arrives. Ethoz turns your entity, state and formation date into one dated list: every filing, fee and deadline that applies to your company, with lead time. Your agents prepare each step. You review and submit.
Do I need an EIN right away?
Usually before you open a business bank account, hire anyone or file certain returns. Exactly when depends on your entity and your next step. Ethoz puts the EIN where it belongs in your path and prepares the application with you. You submit it yourself on IRS.gov. General information, not tax advice.
What is the AI never allowed to do?
Send, spend, delete or post on its own. Those steps stop and wait for your tap, every time. It never submits a filing for you, never pays a fee you did not approve, never sets up a renewal you did not ask for, and never reports done without a receipt: a confirmation number, a file or a link.
Will it lose context moving from Claude to ChatGPT?
That is the point of Ethoz. Your company memory lives in plain files you own, not inside one vendor's chat window. Every agent you plug in reads the same memory, task list and rules, so you stop repeating yourself. Today this runs for the founder; the one-console view for many vendors is next.
Where are my files?
In private GitHub repositories you own, as plain Markdown you can read, export and take with you. Nothing is locked inside a vendor. Hosted encrypted storage for people who do not use GitHub is planned for later.

No. Ethoz gives educational guidance and software tools, not legal, tax or financial advice. It is not a law firm, accounting firm, bank or financial advisor, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. You review and submit every filing yourself. The app runs in English and Spanish. This website is in English for now; a Spanish version is planned.
What is in the app?
A Today screen with your next step and approvals, My Team and a Board for people and AI agents, founder tools (profile, facts, data room links and an accelerator tracker), pitch practice with a teleprompter, and plain-language tips on startup terms in English and Spanish.
Who is it for?
Founders first: anyone who just formed a company, or is about to, and does not want to learn about an obligation from a late fee. Technical or not. Local business owners too. Not a founder? Create an account anyway; it tells us when to open the Life and Career zones.
Is it open source?
Ethoz is built on open source tools and open standards such as Markdown, Git, MCP and AGENTS.md, and plans to contribute back. The Ethoz kernel itself is closed source. Your own files are plain Markdown that you can read and take with you.
